Divorce?

I have been married for 8.5 years I have the grounds, but is it beneficial for me to file for a regular divorce or an annulment? We have no children and very few assets.

A fault based divorce is usually only beneficial when there are significant assets to split .

I seriously doubt that you would be able to file for an anulment considering that you have been married for 8.5 years.

If the two of you agree on how to split what little assets and debt you have, it should be a relatively quick and easy divorce.
