Adultery

My wife has been having an affair for the past 18 months I recently found out. I need to know if I can legally evict her from my house and what timeframe that would involve.
I plan to file for divorce, but don't want to share the house with her during the divorce timeframe. Does anyone know if this would be possible?

No , you can't evict her . You can request exclusive use of the marital home in the divorce petition , the request may/may not be granted .
