Is there such a thing as mediation in regards to settling divorce issues such as the property settlement?
I called the courts and the only mediation that I was able to find was for FOC in regards to parenting time, visitation, and custody issues. I couldn't find out anything about mediation in regards to property issues and other issues.
Yes, there definitely are private mediators who will handle all aspects of a divorce. Look them up in the yellow pages. You both have to be motivated to reach a settlement for this to work.
