I’m going through a divorce in pa. We are just getting into the settlement stage. My question is. If I get remarried will my X be able to stake claim on my new spouse’s income? Will the courts consider my new spouse’s income partly mine and recalculate my income and adjust the amount of support I’m required to pay?

A spouse's income is never considered for child support calculations.
It can, however, be used as part of determining your ability to afford to pay spousal support. Doubtful that your ex would be able to get an adjustment based solely on the fact that you've remarried. If another reason to reevaluate support arises, it could open a can of worms for you.

this is interesting...so if we meet the proverbial sugar momma, we may have to pay more of our salary because we are being taken care of ourselves? so to speak.
I still cant believe that marrying someone with a higher income could come back to bite people like this. it would have the negative effect of keeping certain classes of people from marrying

My atty told me that there is no way my X could get any of a future spouses income added to mine to increase amount of CS and or SS. I was just wondering if anyone has heard of such a thing. Thanks for all your input.

In my state a new spouse's income is only computed into child support if there is child shard between the new spouse and your ex. I do not know about alimony.
