MY husband and I are both military, neither residents of Idaho. We were married in NC. Can we follow Idahos divorce laws, seeing as neither of us are residents, or do we have to go by NC's? Also, does Idaho require a period of mandatory seperation before a divore, and if so, do you have to go to an Attorney to draw up the paperwork to file, or can you draw up an agreement yourselves, have it notarized and filed? Thanks.

>>>>>>>>>> No , there are both nofault and fault grounds . The nofault process only requires that " one party must establish that he or she refuses to live with the other spouse and that there is no hope of reconciliation. "
