My divorce was final last year, but there were still things he had left in the house and agreed to deal with, as well as assets he still wanted to divide. He's been out almost a year but has yet to deal with some of the stuff. Does anyone know if I'm obligated to keep it forever? The settlement says we'll divide the remaining household goods or go back to mediation. He now has a new girlfriend and I don't see him ever making time for this. Anyone have ideas on how to handle this??
