Hello, This past Saturday my husband who has had anger issues most of his life flipped out. He broke a bed, my daughter's cell phone (because she was calling 911), a camera, and a house phone,(all by hand) when my mom came to get my daughter he got in her face pushed her into the kitchen where she fell into the kitchen aid. The police were involved, the took about 20-30 guns including assault rifles out of the house. The next he was back and of course tearful, he knows he needed help, he would never drink again etc. the day after it is everyone's but his fault. He is angry and wants a divorce but here is the kicker. He has not worked since we got married. He claimed to be sick and unable to work, (no he never got disability or ss) he started a landscaping business together we grew it big and last season he dropped 3/4 of the clients claiming unable to get good help. He is waiting to get a job because he apparently has been smoking weed. He refuses to move out. I work night shift and have been working OT to keep the bills afloat, he has left my 10yr old on her own. He is physically in the house but he has little contact with her. Now, she is afraid to stay with him. He also tells her things like "it is mommy's and grandmom's fault) etc. He says he is either allowed to tell her the truth or he will not talk to her. Everynight that I work she has to leave her home and her bed and sleep somewhere else. I asked him to sleep at his dad's on those nights for her sake. He told me "f" her. My questions are the follow: is there anyway to get him to get out? Will the courts force him out for her sake. What can i do to make him stop harassing her when she asks questions. She is scared and upset and is just looking for reassurances? He would like alimony because he quit his job. He lays around all day does very little chores, and for months has not even showered more than a week at a time. I make alot because of my OT but I will not be able to work all of that for my child's sake will he get alimony to supplement his bum life style? Thanks- and sorry to ramble I am worried about my child.
