I initiated a divorce with my wife of 32 years just a month ago. Our only assets are our home, and I can't afford to move out while we get this divorce underway. My 29 year old daughter, who does not live with us, says I have to move out. Is this true? My lawyer said I can stay. It's uncomfortable sometimes being together now, but must I leave?

No , you don't have to leave . It appears your daughter is choosing sides .
