Divorce Support Forums: 2nd ERC meeting Monday

My stbx filed for Divorce Dec 27th, I responded same day. We have a child and were ordered to complete parenting class before resolution meeting. I did and filed papers with court. My ex has not filed any papers with court, and I don't know if he has completed it or not.
He missed our first ERC because he went to wrong courthouse. We have another ERC on Monday. I only just looked on back of letter and saw that I was to have filed resolution papers with court five days before meeting. I can go tomorrow morning and file, but it will only be 4 days before meeting. How bad is it that I didn't file resolution papers before meeting?
IN my resolution papers I am asking for joint custody, but that she lives primarily with me, and reasonable parenting time for dad, alternating holidays and two weeks for each parent in the summer. We have no assets and we are not using attorneys.
My stbx is asking for 50/50 custody. While he was a terrible husband, there is no drugs or alcohol abuse that I know of that would grant me full custody. But him not filing and skipping meetings looks bad right? If he skips this one too, will the court find him in contempt or does he get ANOTHER chance?
I would just like to know where I stand in this.
