After 13 years of being with my husband I want out of the marriage. My husband just wants me happy, and said he will do whatever I want. We have no children, no property, nothing to settle.
Because he always worked, and I always stayed at home, we have agreed to stay in the same house until I get a job and the divorce is final. I am under his health insurance, and will need to stay on it after the divorce
If we both file for a joint uncontested divorce..
Do we both have to go into court to file together?
Or can we fill out the paperwork at home, and then I can just go and file?
I don't know what to do, or how to do it, I just know that he will sign anything I ask him to..Can someone help me with what i need to do? I am lost, and I just want to get it over with.

You want to file for what is called a 1A divorce (no fault, uncontested).

The forms you need are here:

http://www.mass.gov/courts/courtsandjudges/courts/probateandfamilycourt/forms.html

Also check out this page -- it details everything you need for a no fault, uncontested (1A) divorce:
