I am desperately needing someone to talk to to understand the do's and don'ts about speaking to a custody evaluator. My wife has our children and has for 4 months and I only see them every other weekend. Except she let me have them for 3 weeks of the summer. She has now enrolled them in public school. They had went to a private school. Our children are 6 and 8 years old. My wife is from another country and had been talking about going back there to visit but other factors made me believe she wanted to go there and stay with our children. I filed on her. I really need to talk to someone to help me understand what to say and not to say. Thanks :)
YOu need to get a lawyer to make sure she doesn't leave the country with your kids. You should go to a counselor just to help you figure all of this emotional stuff out. But get a lawyer first
I have a lawyer and he has told me to quit saying anything about my wife wanting to leave the country because the court ordered her to hand over her passport and visa and our childrens. I do not know who has her passport. Some people live in a world of their own. Don't they know you can get a passport and visa on the internet in a very short time. Some people do break the law. That is why I want to talk to a counselor, because if I can not say anything about her wanting to leave what can I say. So far I gave her all she has asked for. I paid her 2 weeks before I was supposed to then she filed with the DHS. Now they garnish my check. I make $20 more then her a month. I can not pay the bills without borrowing. Is this a great country or what.....
