More wife trouble

What if hypothetically he removed everything from the home(appliances furniture I mean everything) put it in storage moved out and said see ya in court or give me 10k and a no contest and it is all yours. ps dont forget she gets the house and better car.

I can see why he's having trouble. He's being unreasonable.

Just how much equity is in the house? If there is no equity, his settlement offer isn't reasonable at all.

And he doesn't unilaterally get to decide that he gets all of the furnishings in the house. It gets split.

she took all the equity out with a loan to pay for her pre marital dept not to mention she did not make any improvements to the home or her children or her financial situation yet he improved all the above so now who is unreasonable
