Reading over my divorce agreement generated some questions. It stipulates the wife shall provide the primary physical residence and that we have shared parental responsibility. Is this the same as sole custody???
It also states that she is to relocate out of state in the Fall of 07' to enroll the kids in school for the fall of 08'. None of this took place and at this point is nothing more than a whimsical idea.
I only care about what will be necessary on my part to allow my 14 yr. old daughter to live with me. Thanks
