Unlike child support, spousal support is often very difficult (if not impossible) to modify after the divorce is final, so getting it right the first time is a must!
seems cs is based on average of the last three years, while ss is based on much more recent numbers.
honestly! there really is no justice.
be mean. be a [censored]. hurt your spouse and kids. be served papers. start staying at your gf's house 6 weeks after being served. move a gf and kids with you 6 months after being served. tank your business on purpose. claim to make less money than it would take to pay for your gf, her kids, your maritial home, and cs and have no one question this. claim this horrically low income and pay next to no SS.
Justice, my friends, is served.

oh samsung! you are SO absolutely right! AND they are safe, relatively happy little kids! (inspite of this divorce..AND they are MUCH happier than they used to be...i think)
