First question.. I have been paying child support to my childrens father for the last 16 months. He was the primary caregiver of our three kids since I lived out of the area. It was a reduced amount due to the fact that I am paying off the dental bill ($2000 plus) and the child care bill ($500). He still, to this day, sends the kids to me for extras like sport fees, clothing and school supplies. I moved closer and was awarded shared physical custody of the two youngest last week (the oldest is 18). The custody is split exactly in half.
Is it reasonable to expect that I will no longer be paying him child support for the two youngest?
Second question. We live in Pennsylvania, and it is not required of the support paying parent to pay anything after high school graduation and the age of 18, unless it has been written into a prior agreement. Dad has already agreed to take out a loan, but "expects" me to help him pay it off. I would prefer to give my oldest living money monthly than to give his father anything else. Yes, that is bitter sounding.... it's been a long difficult divorce and custody battle.
Any clue if he can still take me to domestics and file for a modification demanding that I pay for secondary education? I think he intends to try to include my husbands salary, but that won't be permitted.
By the way, he makes twice as much as I do per month.

Your ex can't take a loan out and expect you to pay a part of it without either a court order or your agreement.
Second, contact a family law attorney in your area. S/he would be more familiar with how child support is calculated in your state. If it takes parenting time into consideration, file for a modificaton based on the 50/50 parenting and the one child graduating high school (support will continue until then).
Let him take you to court for the college expenses. You could probably get a judge to order that the payments go directly to the 18 year old as long as the 18 year old isn't living with your ex. That is, if they order child support to continue.

Ordering a parent to pay for any college expenses through the courts is very rare, as it should be.

Depends on the state.
