my fiancee is going through a divorce. he went to his initial hearing a couple of months ago and it was continued. we received his new court date in the mail last week and under the part where it lists the purpose of the hearing it shows the following:
a. pendente lite relief b. final hearing c. status hearing
and then typed right below "c" it says parties are attempting to reconcile. now he claims that this was not brought up at all during his initial hearing and he has no plans of reconciling with his wife. do both parties have to agree to a reconciliation for that to be placed on this or if she wants to attempt to reconcile will they put that on there. if anyone is familiar with the divorce court system in wv, please reply as soon as possible.
Also recieved that letter schedualing a hearing . No little additions on A B or C. Waiting to see which it will be. Am thinking C. Have been trying since January to get a response from her, but she jerking me around. Been seperated for over 10 years, no contact. So I sure hope it's not A!
