Went to Van Halen and one of the guys in our group ran into a coworker and her sister. The sister almost immediately turned to me, shook my hand and introduced herself and I think she was trying to engage in small talk with me. She didn't introduce herself to anyone else with us. I didn't really know. It also kind of seemed like she was lingering behind to stay with our group. I don't know. I told the guy that was with us that works with the sister to see if she could get a phone number for me. We'll see if that happens or not as it was the first time I'd actually met this guy. He's good friends with one of the guys in the group that I know well. Friend of a friend thing.

What's impossible to read. She obviously was at least somewhat interested if she came up to you and talked to you. Ferg, are you wearing blinders when you go out with people? LOL Of course I feel the same way about guys that I meet. Maybe we need T-shirts that say "Help! No longer recognizes the signs of Flirting.Be specific!" O.K. too much for a T-shirt but you get my dfift. That would clue people into the fact that we haven't been out in the dating world for awhile. Have to try and find the humor in all this don't we?

Actually, that sounds like it would be an excellent slogan for a shirt. I might have to get one made and wear it when the band plays out. It would be an excellent ice breaker.

Julia, the same goes for me unless they just come right out and tell me point blank. A lot of men flirt without meaning anything by it so how can you tell the difference?

U can't that's what makes it so much fun. It's the ones that get pissed if you don't notice them flirting that get on my nerves. Entirely too much to worry about. I'm gonna join a convent. Anybody know if nuns date?
