Today the court ordered that my wife and I mutually agree to split our property. We were told to bring a witness. I brougght my dad. She had some unknown male in my house with my son. We began to negotiate and she stated that she wanted it all, even the things I brought into the marriage. My attorney stated that I had perfect right to my things but she insisted onmy things. Not wanting to argue I simple conceded to her requests. I feel so violated, She has taken my things, my money, my dignity, and time with my son. I have paid %4,000 for respresentation and have not been fullfilled my rights. Men are subject to so many unjust expectations. I thought it was 2008 and women andmen had equal rights.. well this is a valicity. I have been stripped of everything I possessed, when all I wanted was to have my wife have her baby under my insurance, and keep her respect and dignity in tact after an unexpectant pregnancy. I am sorry for my transgressions. Where is the justice for men? My attorney should have protected me today, instead threw me into the lions den? I was unable to discuss any issue!

For heaven's sake, YOU LET HER HAVE IT ALL. And now you are complaining about it being unjust? A judge ordered the items to be split. The judge didn't give her all of the items, YOU did. You don't get to blame the system for that.
Since you told her she could have it all in front of witnesses, you may not be able to undo what you did.
Had you gone back to court because she refused to cooperate, it would not have gone well for her.
I would discuss with your attorney the possiblity of undoing what you did.

You are correct about alot of unequal and unfair things that go on in family court, but not in your case. You gave the farm away. I'd recommend you see a counselor. It is not normal to be controlled as you described.

The only thing I can't believe is that you just let her have it when the judge said to split it and now your upset with your attorney over your actions.
