I send copies of medical bills but X refuses to reimburse me for 1/2. Do you know if the attorney generals office that he has to pay the child support through will collect or do I have to pay an attorney and go to court?

They are supposed to but they haven't helped me. Make sure you document everything you do with them and sign and date every single page. Never send them orignal anything and make a copy for yourself. When you return the packet to them I would send it certified mail or hand deliver it because it may be months before you hear back from them and you will not be sure that they got it otherwise. Oh and if you have any outstanding court cases coming up they will not do anything until those cases are resolved. Good luck
