Hi
I am already separated from my husband but I am not divorce. I already finish to deal with him everything about assets division. We decide together not to submit the divorce demand to the court until the end of the year but i want to know how can i deal all the problems and consequences after we got separated for example:
1. He has the custody of the kids during the weekend but i want to share at least one weekend each month.

2. We use to have a business together and my expenses, car allowance etc used to come form the business. What i am supposed to do ? or until which point i can claim or i have right to keep getting those benefits until we get divorced by court ?

3. Distance issues ? for example if i dont feel confortable doing things that he ask me to do for example: Take care of his office , limitation in car use , etc etc.
Until which point I am supposed to do those things if i dont want to because of the separation pain.

I dont have any idea about my rights and what can i do in all this separation period until we get divorce !!!!!!

Can somebody tell me any kind of advice !!! or where can i find resources before put a divorce demand in court !!

Thanks in advance !!

Where are you? How are you going to support yourself? I would advise if there is a business involved to retain an attorney. Even if you are just seperating for now, you can have all the details hammered out.

Get an attorney. It sounds to me like you are being screwed over. You both need to get time on weekends. Do not agree to this if you think you are not getting a fair deal. Stand up for what you deserve and do not back down. If you had always had a car then you should get a car etc. If this paper is not filed with the court then it means NOTHING! It is just a piece of paper. Fight back.

It doesn't sound ready to submit. Asset division is usually the easiest piece to get through. More difficult issues are support and parenting plan. You've touched on both of these in your post. Do you have a lawyer? A divorce involving a business and children is complicated and you'll need help.
