You know men can be just as shallow as women. Gender really makes no difference. Its how we are brought up I think. If I am ever able to trust another person ( and I hope I can ) I will look into their background like a employer would. But then again maybe I would misout on something good. I don't know?

Yeah. I know what you mean. And it has happened to me in the past. You just have to move on and forget about it. Its all you can do. As far as him saying what a great guy he is.............I can relate to that too. Sometimes people just flat out tell lies girl!! I had it happen where a guy lied about everything from his profession all the way to all the crap about his ex gf. It was all a bunch of lies that he never admitted to but I ended up finding out otherwise. MANY men think this way. Not all of them do though. You'll get through this. You really will,

NO...................you DONT mean it. Wouldnt you rather have someone find you interesting enough to be your friend and remain a good friend than someone to find you interesting enough to have sex with??? I would. Even though both would have been nice. lol
Seriously....it does not feel good to be used. Been there and dont plan on ever going there again.

i never thought of that. but the way he talked his size up and then only lasted a minute....he probably is embarrassed! i like that excuse and i'm going to hang on to it, THANKS!
