Here goes, my wife wants the divorce but is doing nothing to get it started. I went ahead and filed. We both had our oun homes before the marriage. I sold mine (stupid move) & moved in her's. I've been making the house payments since I've moved in aprox 5 1/2 years. I've also built a $43,000.00 shop on the property. The house is still in her name. We were working on getting it in both names but because of a $46,000.00 judgment against her, we were having to deal with that first. Now that we are divorcing, how do I recover my part & how do I decide how much. The money I got from the sale of my house was put in my own account. I used that money for house payments, bills, & to build my shop. I've had three differant answers & still don't know anything. The next problem is that the house is a double wide (pretty nice one though)not on a foundation and is personal property & is not paid for. The property is paid for but from what I'm told it has the lein on it from the judgment. I've got over $80,000.00 invested & don't want to loose it all!!!!!
Any advice or info would be a great help

That's a tough one. Lawyer going to need to be involved in this one I'm afraid.
