I really don't know why this all came about. My wife told me she wants a divorce after 4 1/2 years of marriage. We have 2 wonder kids. I don't know where to begin. I'm station in Texas, but we both are Florida Residents. How would I eventually go about doing this?
You can file in Texas or as a FL resident in the Military you can file there. Check out the laws and see which one is better also talk to a lawyer (most offer a free consult) and see what are your options.

Where is your wife? Chances are Florida is where you have to handle the divorce since both of you are residents of Florida. And especially if she is living there.
I appreciate it. We both live in Texas now. Like I said before this just came out of no where. I'm being told to let her file since shes the one who wants to get the divorce. I hope we can work it out, but she shows no signs of trying, sometimes.
Im sorry kinda in a spot myself we are stationed in Hawaii, his home of record is Texas. he is is Iraq, and wanting to file for divorce.. I've tried getting him to reconsider as well.... Best of luck
