I am eight weeks pregnant and he wants to leave because he doesn't think our personalities match. He goes clubbing and drinks and is pretty much antisocial. I don't drink or go to the clubs very often and love spending time with family and friends. He doesn't believe this is something that can be worked out and therefore wants an annulment or divorce. I quit my job and left my home to move with him because he lives closer to his base. I will be left with no benefits for baby and I as he refuses to get me an ID card or put me on his benefits plan. Does anyone know what my rights may be or what I can do to protect my unborn child? I'm hoping he's just scared and running right now. But, I can't base my child's health on that. Also, can he get a divorce after only three weeks based on something so silly? Especially since I'm pregnant?

Chances of a divorce happening before the baby is born are slim.
And he will be court ordered to provide health insurance for his baby.
And if he refuses to put you on the health insurance, he may be ordered to pay the entire cost of the pregnancy and delivery.
You need to consult with an attorney who is familiar with the military.
