Hubby and and I discussed MD and decided whatever the boys wanted was great. It's their day to buy/make, right? Youngest came at me with a really cool tile that he had made of a purple bear (3rd grade) Older one bought me a cute card, we all went out to dinner, it was a great day.
Hubby comes in and says "I found out what you can buy me for Father's Day, it's a great bird bath".
OK so that ticked me off in two ways. First that the special gifts that I got weren't good enough, 2nd that he is so selfish to think that he deserved MORE.
My plan for the day was mellow, just cleaning up, I wanted to cook and just hang out. He insisted "It was my DAY, I couldn't cook"
So we spent the day out, waiting in a line, house is not quite right and laundry not done. I am sure no one is happy.
