I'm wondering if anyone knows if the laws in Massachusetts have any Marital Misconduct laws? My husband moved out to take up (actually, he already had) with a co-worker. He moved out and made no bones about the fact that he had a girlfriend. He now lives with her. She knew he was married when she started playing around with him and had been told to stop, but she didn't care. I'm looking to go after the both of them. Is that possible in MA.?
