can either the plantiff or the defendant date after the paperwork is filed with the court without it being considered infidelity and one or the other stopping the divorce?
It might depend on the paperwork. I know in my separation agreement, it states dating is allowed, but (and I'd have to check) I don't believe overnight guests are allowed around our child......but I'm sure the [censored] will do whatever she wants. She's already been bringing her new guy around our daughter like they are some new mini family. [censored].

It may depend on your state laws...I live in a no-fault state where it doesn't matter...but I would say if you now are just filing, neither of you are ready to date anyway...
