Chilling ... Very Chilling. Of course people will claim this is an exaggerated case, but it clearly shows the bias in our court system against men/fathers. Just the mother's testimony that her daughter was molested by her father was enough to punish him. Also, what gets me is how easily it was for the man's wife to divorce him without him knowing about it - all because the court was given an old address. Interesting, but had the mother not resisted arrest, NOTHING would have happened to her - absolutely NOTHING.

An exaggerated (but real) example? Yes. But it also shows the propensity which exists when a justice system is biased.
