Yeah... you're right. But it certainly won't end THIS drama... there's way too much involved on both sides. Lots of money, lots of anger about what's gone on over the daughter's custody and health... this particular woman who lost custody has shown that she's going to do everything in her power to make everyone miserable ... but what the heck, she was making them all miserable beforehand, what with the hiding the child from him & all.

From afar, it's hard to tell what her problem is ... what she's so angry about, or if she's one of those rare people who gets a target in her sights & can't let it go, will destroy everything (even her own children) in the attempt to destroy the target. But it's sure sad to watch sometimes.

This evidence looks like it will at least help one part of the puzzle get put together so that at least he gets SOME relief, sooner or later. Your suggestion is good I think... better if he can convince the docs not to come back against him or charge interest or anything when she FAILS to pay her portion of the bills.

I talked to several of the medical billing offices today and non have sent credits back yet but she did set up her own accounts and asked that the overpayments be applied to new bills. When I get the new bills after they apply the credits it does not show this unless I ask for a itemized statement (I have). What this dows is show the bill smaller then what it was. Last one was $500+ and I paid it in full so you can imagine what this does to her bottom line. All this does is just cause a huge headache for now and it even if I do get the credits it is still against the court orders because I am to be rembursed in ten days not months or years. I still have a court date for all of this next week but it will be transfered to a new court. It still might be heard before anyway and get a ruling.

The hospital was supposed to set down with me today and go over each bill but called and said they no longer have an office to do that, so I spent three hours on the phone with them today. The conclusion was that they hadn't aplied most of the credits to things they showed they had, wrong amounts of credits were transfered and even payments that they admit went through there bank were not posted to any accounts at all. Oh well, I have to call back in two days and go over it again to see if they found the missing payments and corrected the credits. All this and I'm supposed to figure out how much my X paid without her telling me. God help me.
