The Spousal Support Handbook The Spousal Support Handbook ($28.99)
Unlike child support, spousal support is often very difficult (if not impossible) to modify after the divorce is final, so getting it right the first time is a must!

Child support is paid by the legal non-custodial parent. Unless your current husband adopted the child, he does not have to pay child support. That is between you and the biological father.

in PA a child is presumed the husbands in case he 'couldnt' have fathered the kid. We have one local case of a guy paying for the lovers kid even with DNA evidence!
