Heck, NOW paid for Andrea Yates attorneys, and stated it was completely her husband's fault that Andrea drowned the children. Of course, the courts found otherwise.

Do you think her husband had any culpability in that?

SCOTUS SHMOTUS, that's a mainstream acronym used regularly by CNN and other media in lower third banners. But OK I'll be verbose for the sake of clarity. The clear issue here is that there are many women who feel it's normal and justifiable to take the children away from their father. They feel like they own the kids and ten days a month is generous enough for them to "allow". This outrageous sense of entitlement ranges from my case of extreme narcissism and alienation, to the milder cases of rationalizers and excusers found here. Thanks to NOW and the like the court goes along with it all. The kids should be shared 50%, so should their support. Ten days a month is not enough to see the children I spent ten years nurturing! Maybe the uninvolved dads would be more involved if they were treated equally.

That's just it, there was obviously no legal culpability or he would have been charged for a crime. Morally, I think he had some responsibility as he knew she wasn't fit to be left alone with those kids.
I know if I left my kids alone with someone that I knew wasn't fit to take them without having taking all the precautions possible that I would feel responsible if something bad happened.
