married in texas, living in illinois

I married in texas and recently moved to illinois (about 1 month), I've been apart of my STBX since Aug/06 and living with my new partner since then. My STBX moved out of the country in 02/07, and we left texas in 01/08. I want to file for divorce but Texas requires 90 days residency prior filing, I still have my ID from previous address in TX but haven't live there since 01/08. So where should I file for divorce IL or TX?

Illinois after you meet the 90 day residency requirement .
