It says that after the divorce is final we cannot remarry within 30 days. Can that be waived? How?

Ok. So it's possible. How is it done? The boyfriend of my spousal unit (soon to be ex) got military orders to Germany. For her to join him, she must be married to him.

Thanks.

Insert wording in the divorce decree that " The Court finds that good cause exists to waive the prohibition against remarriage for 30 days , and it is ordered that the parties may remarry third parties at any time after the entry hereof " .

I already filed the petition and we're in the 60 day waiting period. So I just add that into the divorce decree? Do I need to change anything in the petition I filed?
