Trying to figure out next step

My husband and I are filing for divorce at the beginning of July. I live in Texas and he does not.
We've already seperated our assests and our debt on our own and are living our own seperate lives now (we have no children).
I've been living in Texas since November, and have been living in my county since Feb.
We're thinking that filing online is probably the best step for us since we're doing a no-fault divorce and since we've got nothing left to split up.
I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice on this situation.
Also, from everything I've looked at; after filing in Texas the waiting time for a divorce is 6 months?

Didn't know you could do it on line. I guess thats cool. You will have to file in Texas and the county you live in. My only suggestion is to do it the way to mentioned but before you sign anything take your orders to a lawer and let them read over it just to make sure there are no errors.

I've not heard of an online divorce. Be careful, it might just be a scammer selling you copies of the forms you can get for free at the courthouse.

It looks like you've already met all the residency requirements. You'll only need to wait 60 days, not 6 months.
