I was wondering when I married my wife I found out years later that she was still married to someone in Mexico. I found this out cause when we were filing for her Green Card we had to stop it... and that's when she told me she was still married to someone.
We've since gone our own ways but have kids... How do I legally end this marriage and can I do the paperwork on my own? We are friends but she wouldn't think twice about screwing me over cause she's done it before... she's the one that cheated in the marriage if that matters, whatever.
This all sucks cause I hear threw others she wants to move to another state with our kids so that's got my panties in bunch right now. I love the heck out of my kids and don't want to go months at a time before I see them again. Right now I see them 2 days a week and that's not enough... I can't imagine it getting worse than this... though it can.
