Valid Marriage? And, how to properly end it...

Hey people,

I was wondering when I married my wife I found out years later that she was still married to someone in Mexico. I found this out cause when we were filing for her Green Card we had to stop it... and that's when she told me she was still married to someone.

We've since gone our own ways but have kids... How do I legally end, divorce or annulment, this marriage and can I do the paperwork on my own? We are friends but she wouldn't think twice about screwing me over cause she's done it before... she's the one that cheated in the marriage if that matters, whatever.

This all sucks cause I hear threw others she wants to move to another state with our kids so that's got my panties in bunch right now. I love the heck out of my kids and don't want to go months at a time before I see them again. Right now I see them 2 days a week and that's not enough... I can't imagine it getting worse than this... though it can.

Whether you get a divorce or an annulment, you're still going to have to work out a custody arrangement. You generally need the assistance of a lawyer when it comes to custody issues.

I think you need a good lawyer, and quickly! Go for FULL custody of the kids. It isn't her going to another state you need to worry about, it's her going back to Mexico with the kids and you never seeing them again that you need to worry about.
