I responded to a Joint Trial management Certificate. My about to be ex-husband's (June 23rd) attorney has mailed me a Motion in Limine excluding my exhibits and witness because I have failed to comply to time limits, I guess. I am trying to establish that there is marital debt but my only exhibit is my credit report - these debts are old. I am trying to establish that there is a martial asset of a retirement account which the my husband's attorney does refer to in an email. My witness was my husband's employer at the time of seperation. What do I do now - just go to court on the 23rd and pray???
