What does the judge decide at the hearing? Will he go by Colorado Law? Without an attorney, I feel I just want my say - if the judge decides to give me one dime, it will be more than my - about to be ex wants to give me. Without an attorney, I am at such a disadvantage - but in truth, at this point - we are fighting about very little. A retirement account and debts that are marital. My - about to be ex. (thank God) wants to keep all assets and give me responsibility for all debts. No surprises there. I am beating myself up for ever marrying him except we ended up with two exceptionally wonderful children. Life is a journey.
