i have custody of my two boys wife walked out i filed for divorce did it myself.now divorced while i was still marrieid she got hurt at work and is going to get a large settlement. im i intitled to anything.this was two month after she walked out on us.also she left me with bankrupcy.does she owe half.
As far as debt is concerned, she's responsible for what the divorce settlement says she's responsible for. Similar for her windfall due to injury. If that is not called out in the divorce settlement, it's all hers.
she was not at the divorce .could not find her . house and debt is still open.i just got custody of kids and living in home with my boys.she has not lived in home for about a year.
