OUT OF STATE VISITATIONS

I AM GOING THROUGH A VERY BIG DILEMA. MY HUSBAND OF 4 1/2 YRS. MOVED OUT ALMOST 4 MONTHS AGO FROM MY HOUSE AND I FIND OUT I AM PREGNANT. WE ARE NOW SEPERATED DUE TO TOO MUCH VIOLENCE AND ABUSE FROM HIM. I FOUND OUT HE WAS SEEING ANOTHER WOMAN HOWEVER HE STILL WANTED A RELATIONSHIP WITH ME. BECAUSE I FOUND OUT OF THIS WOMAN I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I FOUND THEM TOGETHER I SLAPPED HIM, HE CALLED THE COPS AND I GET ARRESTED. I SPENT A NIGHT AND JAIL AND I DECIDED I WANT TO RETURN TO MY HOME STATE IN CALIFORNIA SINCE I ONLY MOVED OUT TO IDAHO BECAUSE OF MY HUSBAND. I HAVE 2 CHILDREN WHOS FATHER IS IN CALIFORNIA INCLUDING ALL MY FAMILY WHOM ARE VERY SUPPORTIVE. I HAVE NO ONE HERE TO HELP AND MY HUSBAND DOES NOT SUPPORT AT ALL. I AM NOT TO CONTACT HIM BY LAW. AND I REALLY WANT TO MOVE BACK HOME AFTER MY CASE FOR THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS DONE. CAN HE FORCE ME TO STAY IN THE STATE OR CAN I MOVE WHILE THE DIVORCE IS PENDING IF HE FILES?

OK, first. Please turn off the caps. It is very hard to read and it feels like you are yelling.

Couple of things:
- Can you leave Idaho with a pending case against you?
- What does your ex want to do about the baby? If he wants to stop you, he can.

But - I would think that if you move now, it is better than after the baby.

I would also add that he has a right to be in this baby's life no matter what you say/feel/do. So, if he stays in Idaho, you will be traveling with that child.

Also - given that you have shown violence (don't need to hear the excuses), you need to be in anger management classes before you have this child.
