My situation is as follows. My "wife", who I left, filed for a no fault divorce over two years ago. I never received anything to sign so I didn't believe her. She is a compulsive liar. Recently, after two years of barely getting by financially due to paying child support, I had enough money to file a divorce. It turns out she did file herself so mine won't go through. Now she refuses to move forward on her end to finish it. I am stuck. She already took everything I own, now she won't let me marry the woman that the good Lord put on this earth just for me which is the worst part. My question is, what can I do to resolve this situation if anything. I am from Pennsylvania if that helps.
I heard that after two years we are able to get a divorce in PA without the x's signature. But as to this date.. I have found no detailed info. on how to go about it. I no longer have an attorney... maybe an attorney has the scoop
