Me too! Did it ALL. Mine did nothing. I am used to it. I own alot of tools too-my boyfriend finds this very strange. I even asked for some tools for xmas-he was very against buying a woman tools. I insisted! I love tools. Oh and don't mess with my tools-they are for my use only!
Huh? That's crazy. Everyone, regardless of gender, needs at least a basic set of tools. When you have to get worried is if you find yourself buying special purpose tools thaqt you know you'll only use once. if you do, then you have too much time on your hands!! :)

Here's another project...

How do you take a ceiling fan down?

Step 1: Turn off the mains

Got it...now what?????

Step 2: Make sure you've got some beer in the fridgerator

Step 3: Find a retired neighbor with a good set of tools.

Thanks again germangirl...I'm on my way out the door :)

boobaby,

Thanks!!
I'm not smiling as much as I have been crying with complete hysteria at your description.

Your original post (AND follow-ups) are some of the funniest things I have ever read, and I have always been the "Comedian" of the family.

Can't wait to read about "the brick"!!

Thank you!!! Feels so damn good to laugh!!!!!

I came to this forum roughly 10 months ago (with 3 monikers because I forgot my log-in information).

I have NEVER laughed as much as I have for the past 15 hours or so.

No boobaby, don't forget the "surgical mask" by all means!!!!!

OMG!!!!!
Please make a video of the "brick work" and "2nd story Swiffer window cleaning"!!!!!

I'll BUY a copy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Think I'll even pick me up a "Swiffer" to see what all it can accomplish...heck, I think I'll research the internet for an attorney named "Swiffer" to end this madness!!!
