Felony conviction? Hogwash. The only way that would happen is if you made a habit of going out an pounding people.

Try more like a $250.00 fine and 8 hours of community service, If that. <--- Not speaking from my own personal experience.( They gotta catch you also *giggle*)

Men have a certain code as well. If some guy hands you your ass, you probably deserved it and it usually goes no further than that. I had it comin one time and this guy let me know it. After getting up off the ground I certainly wasn't acting like an injured Richard Simmons and blubbering for the cops. The thought was,"Well, that was stupid,I'm going home".

Sheesh, Grow a pair for cryin out loud.

I wasn't implying that the I would get the conviction, no way. I was referring to someones post about getting the pincher with a felony assualt conviction again no way. Or did I miss another post that you were referring to Cedc?

Or maybe she's perfectly fine standing up for herself and this is more about him than her!

It's more about how he should handle it because she did nothing and will probably keep doing nothing and she obviously doesn't like it. Soooo he steps in and ends it.

He shouldn't even be involved with this anyway. She could have ended this with one swift kick to the nads. What's broken ball boy gonna do now? Call the cops? She didn't do this so now he has to.

If that was the case Norcal he wouldn't have felt the need to intervene. When is it obvious that she is not handling it? The first time she lets it happen without recourse, the second, the third, from the origonal post there were at least three seperate instances of this going on. I immagine there would have been a whole different arguement if she looked at her current and said " I don't mind him doing it actually I find it flattering" Despite what most have written we don't go looking for a fight but if it gets to that point Im not afraid of one either.

I've always wanted to give somebody a "piledriver".

This would be a prime opportunity to do so.

Most women I know, me in particular, are not hard-wired this way. I can be strong in certain interactions, but put me up against an aggressive guy and I go deer-in-the-headlights.

Man you have gone and done it now! Just how in the Hell am I supposed to get all the iced tea and ham sammich bits out of my keyboard?

Pile driver! *snort* That would own! I always wanted to pick up the guy by his ankles and spin around really fast and then *Fling* right in the dumpster. Now where did I put that can of spinach?

The deer in the headlights makes sense. I didn't think about that.

Is it possible she was handling the situation, but not to his satisfaction? Maybe his male pride was stung by the sight of someone touching his girl friend when in fact she was handling it.

Or you could be right, maybe as he was groping her, deep-down he was stroking her ego as well. Or maybe she even found it sexually stimulating and that's why she kept returning to the book club, secretly hoping he would reach out and grab her again.

Yea, that makes sense!
