Court order our son is mine and shes hiding him

I don't know what to do, the sheiffs office is of no help at all even with a Judge signed court order. I am trying to be positive and that my son will be returned to me. What happens when she is found and in violation of court order? Worried about what this will do to my son now and in the future.
