Sarah,
Agreed. She has been boinking "A-Hole", and God only knows who all HE has been boinking. It would be a roll of the dice to find out what science experiment might turn up fatal.
Gonna have to think "long and hard" (sorry, couldn't resist) about the "solo" deal, because I'm about to explode!!!
Thanks Sarah.
tired,
Thank you. I have been trying to say "buhbye" for almost 10 months, but my hands have been tied. These past 2 days have really screwed with my head. I truly believe I was placed upon this earth to be a good Dad and good Husband. Everything else in my life has always been lower on my priority scale. Still think I'm a good Dad.
Just really lacking the companionship of a funny, caring lady.
Thanks for your post. Hope things get better for you.
Do you love your kids? Would you do anything for them? Would you protect them to the best of your ability? Would you allow them to grow, maybe make a mistake along the way, but keep an eye on them and let them know how abd when, etc...?
Guess what? YOU ARE A GOOD DAD!!
As far as the husband thing goes, there are many variables and maybe not worth reliving them. Your call. Hoowever if you truly believe you gave it your best, that's good enough in my book. At least you put it out there!

tired,
Yes, I love my daughter and my step-kids with my life. Thank you, I am a good Dad. Best thing I have ever been in my life.
Husband: Think I was good at that too (worked a lot...had to...wife that spent like a pez dispenser, 6 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats, house, 3 vehicles). Only slept about 4-5 hours a night, because I always kept "Captain Romance" going until midnight or so, and had to wake up at 5AM.
boobaby,
No, not THOSE!!! I think we found something even the "Amazing, Multi-Functional Swiffer" could not tackle!!!
"Crotch-crickets" - SEE, now THAT is FUNNY!!!!!

I'm actually pretty envious of you right now... I would absolutely LOVE to reject my stbx and hold onto that sense of empowerment.
Don't let this get you down - use it to get even better! Hold onto all of the progress you've made and know there are a million women out there that would absolutely love to have a wonderful father and husband in their life. That look even better than her, inside and out :)
This is just a temporary setback!

Ya, I don't know if the swiffer could tackle those little buggers. Would probably need some good heavy duty sticky flypaper. Ouch!!!!

redchair,
Thank you. I know inside this is a temporary setback. It's my damn brain that never stops churning (plus the fact that I have only slept a couple hours a night for about a year).
Hope your day has gotten better...still sending positive vibes and happy thoughts your way!!
boobaby,
"sticky flypaper" can BEAT the "Incredible Swiffer"??? Now that visual of "sticky flypaper" is a SERIOUS EEEEWWWWWW!!!
