It's the last day of the month and I was just wondering how many haven't gotten theres this month.
I'm supposed the get it by the first of the month, so it's been 30 days now and nothing.

in my state (IN), i asked the judge to deduct it from his paycheck and go thru the state. the state direct deposits the money in my bank account weekly.
since we started that...i haven't had a missed payment.

I've never gotten one, and I probably never will. His SS request will probably end up offsetting my CS request. Such is life. (In my case, I feel like my stbx is acting like a child asking for SS. It should be called CS for him, not SS. He doesn't need it and is only asking for it because he can. What an ass)

Did the same thing and it is written in the orders. I still can't get the auto deduction done. I've already made a complaint to the correct office but I'm going to wait untill my next court hearing is over before I take it to the Austin office.

I was getting it faithfully for a yr. now but this months chk bounced!!! It was actually a little late too.
So I called him and told him to reissue it in the form of a money order...then click...his g/f hung up on me!!!! LOL!!!
Anyways, he called right back and send he would, then I got it and it was another personal chk so I called his bank to make sure the funds were available and took it that day to a check cashing place!!! And it only cost me $7.19 to cash it!!! I can't get my CS thru the state yet because we are still in litigation over our divorce and the CS will end up being modified because he lost all visitation and custody last year!

My ex's is garnished from his wages. I usually get it a week after.

I pay mine on the 1st and 15th directly to her. It is usally a little early depending on when we switch houses for the the week. On a side note I would be horribly offended if she turned it over to the state for collection and garanished my paycheck for it. It would be a final slap in the face to me. I understand why some need it done that way but my children are my responsibility and I take paying my extortion, I mean child support very seriously.
