lol... I write enough to try to get my point across, but am so used to people whining that I've forgotten one point of thier issue, or missed something... I just learned to fully explain up front if possible. And I dont' edit here. And I type really fast, so it often means my posts are longer.
Be happy that I don't spend lots of time cutting & pasting, quoting and responding and double-responding and triple responding to argue about things everyone else has already said 2 & three times over.

He doesn't think it turned out too good. They took all 3 hours with the manipulative X on the stand. He thinks his lawyer screwed up in asking her about her medical condition. She went on and on and on.
The judge allowed it.
His lawyer said that if he is maintaining her and she becomes ill at that time, it very well could be HIS problem. What the heck?
There was also talk about the 20 yr. old son continuning to be supported because he is living in her household. What the heck again?
This will continue into August and he will only get 1 hour on the stand. I just cannot believe this BS.
So, needless to say, he's very frustrated and depressed.
