My husband and i ahve been divorced for a few years now and when we started the divorce we were told that to get the truck out of my name nd into his only that all we had to do was have it put in the divorce. So we did and then they tell us that is not good enough that he would have to get it refinanced. so we agreed that he would just continue to pay for it, well guess who dropped the ball and now it has been repoed they have also froze my accounts at the credit uion where the truck was finaced is there anything I can do?
Not sure so I thought I would bump it back up the list and someone here should know the answer. I thought this would move it up on new list but it didn't. Repost the same question in life after divorce and you'll get an answer.
