At what age....

Does anyone know what age the children need to be to decide on who they want to live with? And if they can help decided the visitation schedule?

My children hate going to their father's house and I'm stuck cause I have to send them.

By statute a court may consider a child's wishes if they are at least 14 years of age for determining with which parent they wish to reside with . At that age they MAY also be allowed input on a visitation schedule .
