I have been with this guy he is trying to divorce his wife and he is diabled and can't afford a lawyer and she is in jail please someone help us. He went to file it as he was told and they told him that he had to find someone who knew how to file this type of divorce please crying out for all help. God Bless anyone who helps us get this done and over with. She also was put in jail for cutting him and she was kept on other charges and have been shipped all over to serve for those things we don't know where she is. please help Sorry so long We really need some help. By the way he lives in mississippi.
He's the victim of significant domestic violence. He could go to the local DV advocates, explain that she's in jail for DV against him and all he wants is a divorce, and could they help. If they refuse, come back and ask again, maybe we could find some men's rights advocates in your area. The thing is... if the DV rights people don't help you, they're being hypocrites if she's already convicted and in jail on this thing... they say they help DV people, it shouldn't matter whether he's a man or a woman as the victim they help, you know?
I suspect the only thing that's going to be a problem will not be filing for divorce, but serving her with process regarding divorce. There's probably some special thing he has to do, to get her served and give her a chance to respond. The DV people would know. I'll be they've helped walk a lot of women through the process in the past, of divorcing men who had just been put in jail for violence.
